Ht. 5'5", Wt. 189 - Hello Sorry I haven't been on.
I realy need some help loseing weigh.
this summer I am going to a dance competion
and we are whereing black mini
skirts and I tried one on and since my
butt is to big it makes my skrit look like it is 6 sizes to small and I want to look good in it.
So if you have any easy but kinda hard can you
tell them to me and I want to look good for my birthday next month Feb 27. Thanx

Since you are focusing in on a skirt, do more lower body excersizes than upper body. Do squats, lunges, plie squats, and running/jogging for you legs and butt. Then for your abs do the workout on toneteen.com. It is pretty hard but it will work!

Hi, the Alysa’s advice is right, at me works no meals after 5 P. M. I am almost the same age as you are (11 on Febr. 13 th) and i weigh about 12 pds less. From lst Jan. im on losing weight. Good luck!

you could run around ur block and do push-ups and situps and jumping jacks anything that gets ur heart pumping! or maybe u could go swimming if u have an indoor pool around where u live cuz it's probably to cold to go swimming in an outdoor pool.. lol
