Ht. 4'11", Wt. 140 - ok so i think i've been doing way better then last year! i've at mac and cheese, and a famous chicken bowl from kfc and a banana and i did 25 sit ups so how do u think i did?

The banana is the only good thing in that list. That bowl? It has about 700 calories in it. That is a LOT!!! And if that is all you have had in one day, that is not very good. You should split up your calories throughout the day instead of having very little and then ramming them in at one sitting.
