Hi I am looking for a way to lose weight fast. Not to fast thogh like 10 -15 pounds a month. What kind of exercise and diet should I do? Please help me I really need the advice.

If you are trying to loose some weight, the advice that I give to about everyone is: lots of water, no fast/junk food, lots of fruits and veggies and a little bit of exercise a day (even if it's only a little keep up with that little bit everyday and you'll be fine.) Reply from natalie, Age 11 - 11/06/03 - IP#: 216.221.81.xxx well i think that you should run or walk 30 mins. a day, or just go for a bike ride. if you have a pet, even playing with it helps, even if you have a hamster! eat no fats, and no cookies, chips or sugar... have lots of pineapple, grapefruit and oranges, they help.. that's what i'm doing!
