Hello Everyone! I'm 13 years old. I weigh 270 pounds. I have read a lot of things about the other kids and their stories and learned I'm not the only one. I had a dream that I went to High School beautifal and everyone was Surprised! I hope that dream becomes a reality! I'm struggling in life because of other problems to. I think that might be one resaon I'm over weight. I eat when I'm sad, happy, scared, or just board. I really want to lose weight for High School and I need Help!! Please Help Me.

Hi my name is Marshall and I just wanted to give you some advice. It sounds like you are an emotional eater try to eat when you are only truly hungry and don't eat past 9:00 p.m. My dad gave me a diet that is working pretty well it is: have a healthy breakfast like aa piece of fruit or small bowl of cereal and for luch eat whatever you want just not to much then eat a light dinner like soup or salad. Exercise at least 5 days a week for 20-30 minutes. You should go for like a 20 minute walk or bike ride or something then do 20 crunches for your abs then do 20 push-ups for your chest and arms then do 20 squats or lunges for your legs and butt. And most girls think that if they exercise they will get too muscular like a guy but you won't because girlsare built differently then guys so you won't get to muscular.
