Ht. 5'9", Wt. 157 - hey guys, I haven't been on here in like forever. but i've finally decided 've got to change. for a while everyhthing was starting to work and then i went on vacation for winter break and im back where i started. so this weekend im starting pilates class at my gym, i have basketball twice a week, dance for two hours on thursdays, and on the other days I'll either go to the gym and work out, bike, or do the eliptical. also, a looong time ago my mom and I went to a weight watchers meeting and it was really good but we never really went back. so now we are gonna start again and im completely determined to lose the weight (bout 25 pounds) by june, which is plenty of time. if anyone has any advice or excercises to help thighs, butt, abs, arms, back, or chest I would luvv to know. thanx :D

for abbs do reverse crunches and side crunches( shown on tometeen.com) and for arms lift weights, dont push it though so gradually lift more and more, hope i helped!!
