Ht. 5'0", Wt. 258 - help i am so overweight i am heavier than my mom,and have cloths bigger than hers.i have a 46 in waist and buy my cloths at plus sise stors for juinors or at woman departments.i eat nonstop and eat very unhealthy food like pizza burgers mexian food and everything has to have extra greas and sugar.i am very bad in gym class i am the fattest and the slowest person out there i have a c- in that class when its time for our fitness test i fail all the time and never try and when i do try i suck.my usual routine at home is eat breakfast go to school and pig out come home and watch telivision pig out do homework eat dinner have a snack while watching telivision and go to sleep.no phitness what so ever! iusually go to the near by walgreens and buy hot cheetoes chocolat soda gum and candy.usually i give the stor ten dollars in total of junk food.i really need help.my docter tells me that i am at risk of having diabeties and i am already suffering from soar ancels every time i run.

Reply from Katt, Age 15 - 01/21/07 - IP#: 71.215.153.xxx you know what? eating yummy food is not the healthiest thing, but it still tastes good! you've just got to record what you eat (which i see u already are doing) and figure out if you can cut back on some of that and try and fill it in with healthy stuff, like mineral water instead of pop and grapes or crackers instead of chips and chocolate. Fit more walking into your schedule, like to and from school. and stay confident in yourself!

You have a very high risk for diabetes so you NEED to lose some weight because you can and may die because of this. It will be very hard to kick the addiction to food but I am sure you will be able to this! Good luck and we are always here for you!
