Ht. 5'4", Wt. 151 - Hey everyone, as you can see i am overweight. But, i am very athletic and have a lot of muscle. I have a fair amount of fat on my stomach and thighs. How should i try to get that fat off?
Reply from Lindsey, Age 11 - 02/03/07 - IP#: 207.200.116.xxx Same with me! Anyways, you should just cut back about 300-400 calories a day for a week. Make sure you excersize too! Make a fitness goal. Mine is to do a handstand. If you work on something you really want to do, it will be more motivating to work on it.
Reply from Katrina, Age 12 - 01/31/07 - IP#: 75.71.45.xxx Dear Carly, I sorta found out that better choices for eating are: dessert- instead of an icecream bar try a clementine and 2-4 kisses(the chocolate ones) snack- try carrots or celery sticks instead of chips Also I found a few workouts -crunches -pushups -situps -lunges -butterfly stretchs -scissors I hope this helped, and I hope you feel better in no time!
