Ht. 5'3", Wt. 134 - ( o yea last time i checked i was 134 idk if its accurate) is it possible to lose 15 pounds by liek june and july, do u have any plans for me? my sister is coming home from dominican repuvlic( shes a missionary) and i want to show her how much ive grown up and plus i need a bf, and i feel realyl bad about myself all the time. my self confidence is my MAIN ISSUE! please help as much as you can, even stupid advice will help!!!!! -rach email me at rachelwessel@hotmail.com and or just reply!

Try adding jogging in place, walking, push-ups, sit-ups, reverse sit-ups, lunges, and squats to your daily routine. If you do this you will acheive your dreams! Oh, and there is one other thing.... cheat a LITTLE bit. I can't stress little enough though. Like, have one tiny chocolate like a Hershey's Kiss or a few chips every few days so that you do not feel deprived. Because if you do you are more likly to cheat in a big way. I hope I helped a little! Oh, and here is a good sample menu for a day: Break.-1cup cereal with 1 cup milk, half banana. Snack-apple Lunch-South beach diet lunch wrap kit, baby carrots, water. Snack- Water and string cheese Dinner- side salad, small bowl of non-creamy soup Hope I helped!
Reply from Leigha, Age 13 - 02/06/07 - IP#: 24.140.124.xxx Heres your plan. WAKE UP: Stretch, jog in place, crunches, etc. Then go eat 1 bowl of low-cal cereal. Get dressed. If you want something else REALLY bad, eat 1 healthy thing. SCHOOL: Go to class, blah, blah, blah, etc. Eat lunch. Eat a grilled chicken salad for lunch. You can buy it at school or make one at home. The salad will only contain lettuce, carrots, and grilled chicken. Also have an apple and 1% or skim milk. HOME: After school, exercise for at least twenty minutes. Then eat some low fat yogurt and an apple. Spend the rest of the afternoon playing outside, at sports practice, with friends, etc. DINNER: Eat whatever your parents are serving. Only eat the healthy stuff and watch your portions. If you are going to get Fast Food, order the healthy stuff. After dinner its all up to you to do what you want. You can have fruit and lowfat yogurt for desssert. Make sure your breads are whole grain. Good luck! And dont forget to fit in your homework somewhere! ♥ Leigha

But eveytime I go to school all the girls say that they are fat.But there are not fat.See I'm 133 but I was 143 pds.

We go on it for 2 weeks, then we come off for 2 weeks ( and try to not put any weight on , or lose any). Then we go on it for another 2 weeks. I am aiming for 4 pounds in a month...so if you did the same, you could lose the weight you want to. this is what i eat in a scarsdale day b/fast. half a slice of seeded bread toasted (should be plain, but mum puts marmite on it, which i s a yeast spread and it yummy) then a small bowl of grapefruit and a little orangge ( to make it sweeter) Lunch salad, low fat dressing (hioney ad mustard). Lots of grated salad, and low fat meat, or an egg, or some smoked fish. Then a very low fat yougurt, or an orange. Dinner. steak, or lamb, or an omelette, with little cheese and a pile of green veg. Or sometimes ratatouille (corgettes, aubergines, tomatoes and onion, cooked together), Treats are; a skinny cow ice cream (100 cals), or a 100 ccal museli bar, or a happy hippo..very choocy with 100 cals. it is a very nice diet,. as i know that I am only on it for 2 weeks at a time, and it makes me maintain my weihg t loss when i am off it. good luck Georgia
