Ht. 5'3", Wt. 134 - hey everybody!!! know what? i was pretty proud of myself today, there were chips left over from the superbowl and i reallllly wanted some, but i said 'NO' to myself and i had whole wheat crackers with some plain no mayo tuna, !! thanks everyone who gave ne advice! becuase i relize now i CAN sayno, and so can YOU!!!!! :D
