Ht. 5'3", Wt. 134 - hey! 2day i have had so far breakfast- low sugar oatmeal 1 cup skim milk, lunch- i serving tuna on wheat bread, grapes, 1 hardboiled egg and dessert 100 calorie yogurt. so far did i do ok ? im worried i ate 2 much for lunch.
