Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - today i had b- oatmeal 130 cal l-wheat bread with plain canned chicken and carrots snack- saltines with some chicken, i havent had super yet, i also walked to the store with my friend, we hung out, then we took my dog for a walk. i need to do crunches 2day but now i have to practice piano since im going to state on saturday. how did i do? 3 rachel PLEASE RELPY!

i think that that is wonderful! but i still think that that is also way too much food! even though its healthy it might make you gain weight too. you never know
