Reply from Jenn, Age 13 - 03/13/07 - IP#: 24.147.252.xxx when i needed to loose weight over the summer, which was about 3 months, i just did sittups and crunches about every day (not sundays), and went for a jog once or twice a week. on the first day of summer i weighed 180 lbs! after exercising over the summer, on the first da of school i weighed 120 lbs! try doing what i did and good luck!!!
