hi i'm so huge i'm 11 and weight 190 but i'm only 5'2 so i want to lose weight before the summer if any one has ideas how i can lose 90 pounds by may please say i know i can lose that many pounds by then i just need help and ideas
Reply from Marshall, Age 12 - 11/15/03 - IP#: 68.109.145.xxx This is what you should do eat what you want just cut it in half. Like if yuou usually have 2 slices of pizza just have one. Stay away from fries foods and sweets. Drink lots of water and limit yourself on the colas. Workout 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. Do what you can walk, bike ride, swim, do karate, etc. And do 20 crunches to shrink your tummy, 20 push-ups to tone your arms and chest and do 20 squats or lunges for your legs and butt. Reply from bridget, Age 11 - 11/15/03 - IP#: 67.27.66.xxx well first u have to start jogging a lap. cut down on ur flour sugar and carbs. dont drink too much soda maybe once a week. do situps pushups then after a week u start jogging two laps. keep on doing the same thing until the next week then jog three laps. then the next week run or jog a mile try this for three months and youll really see the results. hope to hear ur success story. bye
