i way 200 pounds or more.... i am 5'0 and want to lose weight please help me

Well this is what you should: For your diet just eat what you want just cut it in half like if you usually have 2 slices of pizza just have 1. And try to stay away from fried food and sugar. And drink alot of water try to limit yourself on the soda. Exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week. Do what you like to do bike ride, walk, swim, etc. Then do 20 crunches for your tummy, 20 push-ups for your chest and arms, and do 20 squats or lunges for your legs and butt.
