Ht. 5'2", Start: 155 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 115 lb - i didnt do so good today cuz i was really sad. for breakfast i had a bowl of oatmeal and a soda, for lunch i had a pb+j sandwitch and an apple. then i had 2 small scoops of icecream and two 100 calorie chocolate bars. i will probably eat less for dinner but, yea. so. how did i do?

peanut butter is actualy good for you... but i don't like it... it smells funny lol

dont drink soda or eat penut butter. it has lots of calories in it. ice cram is bad 2.

Ummmmmmm not too good. I say just workout a little to make up for the calories. Good luck!
