Ht. 5'6", Start: 180 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 145 lb - My mom's taking me and my sister out walking today at the park, and I just had a big salad! But last night, we celebrated a birthday with cake and ice cream. I didn't have too much, compared to what I usually have. But this morning for breakfast, I had a sliver of cake, and alot of ice cream. So I'll work it off today walking! :)
