Ht. 5'2", Start: 155 lb, Today: 138 lb, Goal: 115 lb - i think i did pretty good today. breakfat= cereal with skim milk, lunch= pb+j sandwitch with some fritos, snack=sugar-free jello with coolwhip and a sugar free popsicle. for dinner i'll have whatever my parents make

PB&J isn't really that bad for you. It has sugar from the jelly, so get a reduced sugar kind. And PB has a lot of fat but it is mostly the healthy kind, but you should still try to get a natural brand. So you did pretty well!

you did good except for lunch pbj sandwiches and fritos arent very healthy and pbj is fattening
