Ht. 5'4", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 100 lb - I didn't do horrible today, so far:)
I didn't wake up until noon, we were out really late last night so no breakfast
Lunch- celery, cucumber and a wedge of cheese for protein
I also slipped and ate one small chocolate egg=/
For dinner I'll probably have a salad or soup
Im off to do a few work out and dance video's. Im determined to finish the dance video which is a grueling 45 minutes of nonstop work, but I really want to try and do it. At the end of the video it tells you how many calories you burned, so considering the only fats I have really had were the chocolate egg and cheese, I should work off enough calories.

I did three 10 minute work out video's
One for abs, one for body sculpting and one for flex body yoga. Odd, even though I've burned all the calories I dont even have the slightest temptation to eat!
