From Cory, Age 12 - 04/10/07 - IP#: 142.163.73.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 4'11", Start: 117 lb, Today: 117 lb, Goal: 100 lb - I hate feeling like i am 20 lbs more than i actually am.all my other gu friends at school are slim.i dont want to wait until i get taller.i WANT to lose wait.i have had a few stuggles with weight.i wouldnt call it anorexia but one time i never ate for almost 2 days.i finally got my parents help.that doesnt mean my weight is gone.i really hate wasting food,especially if really delicous.grade 7 is next year so i dont want to be weak for climbing ropes and stuff.with ur guys/girls help, i know i can accomplish my goal and not suck in my tummy when around people.Thanks people -Mee.

Drink 8 glasses of water a day, cut down on carbs, eat lots of salad, and stay away from junk. Take a walk, run around the block- it all makes a small difference
