Ht. 5'4", Start: 136 lb, Today: 136 lb, Goal: 110 lb - i have been on this site before. but i decided to come back. and i weight 136 now. i used to weigh around 160 in october. i still have 20 lbs. to go . does anyone have any goods tips on how to lose my extra 20 lbs.?

Wel just actuyally work out and paticapate in guym as much as possible so you can lose that extra 20 lbs and eat really healthy and go for a wlk ride your bike or go for a run if you have a tramploine jump on that, that is wat i do must of the time ok weell g2g bie bie ...

ypu goal weight is too low tou should aim for about 120
