Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 147 lb, Goal: 122 lb - uhhh i can't seem to get on track!! why is it sooo hard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! uhhh i really want to loose weight but nothing seems to motivate me.... HELP!!

dont stress relax cut down on eating and if that doesent work star eating like a peace of tost for breakfast a sandwich for luch and mabie some chips.for dinner have a salad with chunks of chicken just don't dround it in dressing

i would say that you should take an item of clothing thats yours or a bathing suit and put in front of you while you exersise so you can always look at it to motivate you to push harder so you can say by to the big clothes and hello to smaller sizes
