Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 147 lb, Goal: 122 lb - Hey peoples i'm going to post a diettttttt here it is:br1st day breakfast: Black Coffee or Tea,1/2 c grapefruit, 1 slice of toast, 1tbsp of peanut butter lunch: 1/2 c tuna, 1 slice of toast, coffee or tea dinner: 2 slices any type of meat (about 3 ounces), 1 c string beans, 1 c beets, 1 small apple, 1 c vanilla ice cream 2nd day breakfast: 1 egg, 1/2 banana, 1 slice toast, black coffee or tea lunch: 1 c cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers dinner: 2 hot dogs, 1 c broccoli, 1/2 c carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 c of vanilla ice cream 3rd day breakfast: 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice chedder cheese, 1 small apple, black coffee or tea lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 slice toast dinner:1 c tuna, 1 c beets, 1 c cauliflower, 1/2 cantaloupe, 1/2 c vanilla ice cream.

all the food on here is disinged to make you loose weight this are the ceritin kinds of food you need to eat to loose

you can drink tea also and burritos are bad for you

Why would you be drinking coffee if your a preteen!?!
Breakfast- Oatmeal or half a can of soup
Lunch- Turkey Sandwhich and some Organic milk/ If you're in a rush, make some protein smoothie
Dinner- Home made tacos or burritos
1 1/2 of chicken, lettuce, and salsa
You should drink a lot of water when it's not meal time and you're hungry.

oh and also that's a course of 3 days so if you didn't read what everything said then it wouldn't be that much food it's not like you are eating all tha tin 1 day it's 3 days!!

hey just try it!!! jeezzz my mom did it and she said it worked!! what's wrong with trying...??? hmm... well you know what else the stuff in there is healthy so it doesn't matter if it's a lot of food also it's not that much food!! just try it! i'm going to start it on the seccond cuz thats when my mom get's money and we are going to go grocery shopping... hey if it works for me i'll let you know

thats physically IMPOSSIBLE to loose 10ilbs in 3 days unless your trying to throw up all youre food after you eat it WHICH I DONT RECOMEND you could also have a heart attack by too much exersise in 1 or three days dont hurt yourself god bless

i think for lunch u should eat ur veggies and at dinner eat less. WAY less...

oh and also you can loose 10 lb in 3 days... sapposivly... my mom says it works but i don't know... so try it and see if it works! i'm going to try it!
