Ht. 5'0", Start: 120 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey this is alesia again actually im 158. i thought i was 149 but i hadnt weighted myself in a long time, so i didnt know. i have been eating normally and doing 60 sit-ups at night but it doesnt seem to be helping. what can i do?:(

Instead of sit-ups, try crunches. They seem to have worked better for me. If you're looking for more exercise routines and such try this link, it's really fun and easy!

hey alesia continue doing the sit ups but heres what i suggest try doing your sit ups during the day so you have more energy to do other things also like getting a jump rope and do ten jumps or more alsoif youre gonna go swiming try swiming 5-10 laps from one end of the pool to the other hope i could be of some help

maybe try doig a little more sittups every night. like, on your first day, do 60 sittups, the next day do like 65, or even 70. hope that helped!
