Instead Dance to your favorite music like i choose 5 3-4 minuet songs and i dance to them! Then go to a gym in your basement or a gym that you have. Do 50 leg lifts each. Then do 30 sit up 40 jumping jacks and walk for ten or more minuets! Then Drink ALOT of water!
