Ht. 5'0", Start: 165 lb, Today: 177 lb, Goal: 118 lb - i cant believe how much i have gained. its probobly because my sister who is very over weight has been taking me out to eat at fast food joint almost four times a week, then to the movies or the mall.and at school i eat chips chockelet bars and soda from the candy dispencer and i usually bring some snacks from home as well like cookies and doughnuts.at the resturaunt i order a burger smuthered in mayo large fries and some chicken strips, a large coke then we go to get some doughnuts to top it off. Then we go to the mall to shop for things we need at home and in the kitchen as well. since we both are overweight she dosent pay attention on what we eat and neather do i.we went to the scales isle just to see how much we weigh and it was a night mare. she weighed 376 and only is 19 years old and i weighed 177! i couldent believe it but if i look at what i eat i ovisley did weigh like that. i just dont think i have the will power to loose the weight.my sister weighed as much as i did when she was my age so i will probobly weigh like her at that age.

That's a great idea, Alysa! :) And also, try buying things like yogurt, fruit, veggies, etc. and bringing them instead of chips/cookies to school, and don't bring any money so you won't be tempted to buy a candy bar. When you go out with your sister, you can just get a fruit salad (McD's) or a Diet Coke, or a salad with no dressing. Or, the two of you can split a meal - just get a burger, Coke, and no fries. no you won't weight that much! instead of spending money on junkfood buy a bathing suit and put it on your door and look at it every time you want to eat something bad and take a picture of it and carry it around in your wallet so you it can remind of your goals. don't get so much mayo on your burgers or don't get burgers at all tell your sister that you want to loose weight tell her not to take you out to fast food places. i'm sure you will do better good luck!
