Ht. 5'4", Start: 164.5 lb, Today: 163.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - I am 12 years old and obease.... at my school if your not skinny you get made fun of.. ALOT.. so I started working out today and I lost 1 pound.. I know it's not that much but its a start right? Anyways this is what i did!
50 Leg Lifts Each Leg
30 Situps
30 Jumping Jacks
5 Sprints
10 Lunges
20 Minuets of walking
5 minuets of straight running
Then When I was done I drank 3 bottles of water so i wouldn't be as hungry at dinner. Then I ate A spoonfull of rice, 4 pieces of sesme chicken, 2 spring rolls (all veggie spring rolls) and i had a glass of iced diet green tea... We had Chinese Food for Dinner. Hope this Helps!

nice job, but ask your parents for something other than chinese food(it's really unhealthy because of all the soy sauce and grease and stuff)
