Admittedly, you can't lose 40 pounds healthily by June 14, but you can still be verrry slim. For one, begin modifying certain foods; change your milk to SKIM, white bread to WHEAT, take out sides like potatoes/chips/etc. and add in FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. Take out red meat, high calories, deep fried foods and put in things like grilled chicken, pastas, and salads. Limit tuna intake as well as other fish, and add lots of healthy snacks like unsalted nuts. Also try to EXCERCISE a lot. Start walking outside or try the workout in the May issue of SEVENTEEN. You can buy it or check it out of a library, or try printing it off their website. It's a REALLY great ab workout. Best of luck! :D
