Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 120 lb - i am currently 140 lbs. and i feel so fat. what can i do to help lose weight.? what snacks and foods could i try? if you have any answers please respnd!

Try drinking water with every meal to break down fat.But not only water along with water drink what ever you feel like drinking.Also after you eat meat eat fruit it helps digest meat faster!
Also you should chew your food about 28 times and dont eat to fast expecilly if you have a slow matabulism eat each meal for 20 min. or longer but if you absulutly can not eat any more stop.
Try to figure out if you eating because your hungrey or bored.
And avoid watching tv or reading when your eating it will destract you and make you eat more without relizing it!

Hey there! What has worked for me in the past is drinking A LOT of water. If you don't like regular water, you can buy flavored or sparkling water, or even some Crystal Light..really good and only 5 calories a pack! Another thing...try not to eat a whole bunch of junk food. I know that one sounds hard, it is for me too, but just take it in baby steps and eventually you won't even want it anymore. For example, try at first only one piece of junk food every couple days. As that gets easier, one piece per week and so on until you don't want it at all!! As far as exercise goes, find some physical activity you LOVE to do and do it for a little while each day. Take me, for example. I LOVE to dance. Each day, for about 15-20 minutes, I put on my favorite dance mix and rock out! You just need to find what works for you. Hope I helped and good luck with everything!!! =)
