Ht. 5'1", Start: 146 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 118 lb - ughh! today i ddi so bad..i had a piece of chocolate cake 3 bags of cheetos mcdonalds sausage biscuit and hashbrown 2 ice cream bars and when i wasa home alone i was mad becasue of a grade i gto in school and i took a huge hnadful of cake leftover from a mothers day party and shoved it into my mouth i ate uncontrollobly

Okay first take a few deep breaths! And then limit yourself when you eat. Yea I am the same too I am on the first page on the board well I have the problem I eat when I am sad or depressed but before you put something in your mouth think what will it do to me and if you do put it in your mouth you will regret it A LOT. So if you want to eat, eat something healthy like a granola bar your favorite fruit or just a bottle of water just until your parents come home. you Can ask them to fix something healthy for you. And maybe if you eat it and it taste good your whole family might consider doing it!
