Ht. 5'2", Start: 197 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Does any one have any good tips on how to lose weight for summer and my graduation?!

for stretch marks just put lotion on them and also as you loose weight they'll go away.

1. RUN-it is the best fat burning exercise
2. STRETCH
3. JUMP ROPE OR DANCE-really good for burning calories
4. nothing white. no flour or rice or white bread. basically nothing with flour. TRY WHOLE WHEAT
5. NOTHING FRIED, NO FAST FOOD OR GREASY FOOD
6. EAT ALOT OF FRUITS AND VEGGIES.
