Ht. 5'3", Start: 215 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - Hi im georgie and as you know i'm way over weight. It's driving me crazy because i've tried everything and i only loose a couple pounds and gain even more back quicker than i loose it! I don't know what to do. I have no support once so ever and it's really hard for me to loose weight! plz help me!

i amd a lot like you i have tryed everythink to lose weight but i keep put more on than off i love my food i mean LOVE and it seems that i can't say NO to food but if i don't want it but i hungry or somethink i have it ?? and it's really hard for me to loose weight too !
