Reply from {j a c q u e l i n e, Age 14 - 05/23/07 - IP#: 71.129.35.xxx hey marta! well, here are some things that help me stay on track: 1) i make a workout group. i walk every night for around 30 minutes with my mom, uphill and downhill the neighborhood. also, i run once a week (two miles) with two of my friends. after, we do bleachers (stairs). it helps doing it with people because you feel the need to show up and keep your end of the bargain so you won't disappoint them. 2) keep a food journal. include everything-EVERYTHING-you eat and then write what excercise you did. beneath it write how you felt about the day (good, bad) and the physical activity you had and what you planned on doing for tomorrow. 3) plan it out. write out in the same food journal what you want your meals to be. it helps packing a lunch for school the night before so you can think of what you want to eat, and decide what excercising you want to do. 4) perfect body models. cut out models from magazines of what your goals are. plus size or not, tape them to the cover of your food journal to remind yourself of your goals. best of luck!! -jac
