Eat healthy foods like fruits and veggies and stay away from things like peanut butter, soda, and sweets. Swim and jog. If you not a big jogger (like me) you should start with a fast walk then get faster. Keep a journal (I know it sounds weird, just do it!) and reward you self with things like cds, new books, or going to the mall for losing weight. Just dont reward yourself with junk food. Hope this helps!
