Some of my friends can eat whatever they want and stay skinny i want 2 be just like that.I do eat when i'm bored or depressed i have 2 do something 2 occupy me so i don't think about food. Write it down or tell someone so you'll committ to it. That way you won't just eat whatever's in there, but what you wrote down (or told to someone.) Also, if it's possible, get your family to get rid of all the unhealthy stuff in the fridge. If it's not there you can't eat it.

I look at magazines and my friends and just feel like throwing up.. I went to my best friends pool party.. and i was the only girl there in a one piece. Im so disgusted with myself.
