OKAY SO ILL TELL YOU MY SECRETS ON GETTING SLIMMER IN 2 WEEKS RUN AROUND YOUR BLOCK 2 TIMES EVERY DAY. IF YOU DONT WANT TO DO THAT THON DO 200 SIT- UPS EVERY NIGHT BEFORE YOU GO TO BED. AND TO GIVE YOU LEG STRENGTH DO 30 SQUATS EVERY DAY. GOOOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

All you have to do is this,it is an easy eating habit and exercise planner I do and I am skinny.Just I weight a lot.(117!):
Breakfast:
FRUIT, KELLOGS CEREAL OR CHEERIOS
Snack(in school):
FRUIT, CHEEZ-ITS, YOUGURT, GOLDFISH(WHOLE GRAIN OR LESS SODIUM)
Lunch:
School menus are mostly meat,right? Do not eat the A lunch or main lunch of the day.
Instead eat the chicken,or the hotdogs, or the salad or bagel bags!
Snack is also okay for now just get 1 thing, though!
Snack(after school):
FRUIT, ALL-NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER OR SUGAR FREE JELLY ON A LOW FAT RITZ CRACKER, CHEEZ-ITS,GOLDFISH
The natural penut butter may sound gross but is the best flavor you will ever have!You just need it stir it up upon opening and REFRIDERATE!!!
Same with the sugar free jelly. It is da bomb! It tastes the same, it looks the same, but tastes better refridgerated....Also the low fat crackers are the exact same way,just don't refridgerate it....-_-
Dinner:
Home Meal needs to have vegtables or fruit with it!
Lastly, you just need to eat your HOMEMADE DINNER. Kids Cusine or TV dinners are even worse for you, even if they say they're healthy...Also try to avoid fast food.Once every 2 months sounds about right,too.Eating out also has quite a bit of calories. But you can request instead of french fries, eggplant stix(YUMMMM!!!) or zuchinni stix (HEAVEN ON EARTH!!!)! You can still have the main entree as well!
After Dinner:
You should take a night jog. It is so much fun! Take an ipod and/or a friend,parent or tutor! More is on its way! Dont stop scrolling this letter! Below are some lunch PACKING ideas for you!
PACKING LUNCH IDEAS:
All-Natural Peanut Butter and Sugar Free Jelly sandwich, a Banana or 2 fruits,a low in sugar fruit juice or punch, and some BAKED cheetos or lays(ONE SERVING!)
Tuna fish sandwich,2 Fruits, BAKED cheetos or lays, low in sugar fruit juice or punch(--Only twice a week[Monday and Friday])
BAKED CHEETOS AND LAYS:Baked cheetos or lays may seem bad,but they are really not that bad for you! They only have 150 calories per serving, low in fat,sugar,no trans fat, and less sodium!They also fill you up!
LOW IN SUGAR FRUIT JUICE OR PUNCH:The reason for this is that most of the calories from juice is because of sugar. You will notice in HI-C PUNCH(c) has more sugar,a tinier serving and loads of calories!Then in Miute-Maid(c) there is less sugar, a bigger serving and less calories! See the difference?
HEALTHY PB&J: This combo is good together because it doesn't have as many calories,sugar,or dull taste! It is also a lot healthier than some Skippy(c) Peanut butter and Smuckers(c) High-in-Sugar jelly. The change won't make you get sick or go real bad...
TUNA:The reason you only eat the tuna twice a week is because there is mercury in tuna and too much could make you sick...Plus eating it is kinda a celebration for the beginning and end of the week!
