Reply from BRANDI, Age 12 - 06/03/07 - IP#: 75.84.114.xxx ok just do 100 sit-ups just before you go to bed and do squats for your legs. and what you can eat is one cup of steamed rice, baked lemon pepper chicken, and water and or sugar free juice. and im sure you will lose as much as you want in 2 and 1 half weeks or less if you dont have any cheats.
