Ht. 4'10", Start: 136 lb, Today: 136 lb, Goal: 100 lb - im a really pethetic person when it comes to losing weight. i know how to give others advice but i dont know how to deal with myself.i know you probably dont care but if you could take a moment of your life to give me some advice on the best weight loss ways. please. im desperate! for you that have a heart... theres this boy in my school and my neighborhood that ive liked for quite some time, i finally think i should take some action and ask him out but im only gonna do that if i lose some weight. please help

i feel exactly the same way! all u have to do is try ur hardest! go to the gym with your mom about 3 times a week try the tredmill, bike, anything that will get u moving, brung your ipod or mp3 player and play some music that will motivate you,all u have to do is think about him, and that will keep u going, once u reach your target weight go for it, ull feel happy, clean, healthy, and u might even snatch a new bf! good luck girl! :D

I feel the same way! At first, you hav 2 really try hard. That is for like, the first 3 weeks. Then you'll hav lik, 7 pounds gone. Then you just hav 2 follow thru even after you hav lost sum weight. Otherwise, you'll gain it all back & then sum. Trust me, i always do that! Ask your parents if they can stock up on 100 calorie packs and fruit for you to snack on instead of chips & cookies.
