Ht. 5'0", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 90 lb - My mom always makes fatty food and now i have a so big belly :(. Kids at school laugh and me and poke my big belly :(
al my clothes are too small and i want to be thin but the candy is so yummy :( i dont wantto be fat anymore

At you meals, only take one serving of each food. Go to the store with your mom when you can so that you could pick out something like salad, carrots, or another healthy food. Also you could do competitive sports such as basketball, swimming, soccer, or baseball. Good luck!

Just eat less of the food your momma makes.Eat smaller portions.You should also stop eating the candy.And drink water instead of soda.But this is most important....exercise.Go on walks. do something to exercise.If you dont like having your belly poked, you can lose weight.Its hard but try.

Hello :) maybe try to find some more heathy food you enjoy!! Like carrots with ranch, watermelon, strawberry, grilled chicken. you have to take the first steps. Maybe enter a sport, say "Mom i was to do _____" you know. Sweetheart dont ever doubt your self. Just ask your parents for support or try exercising daily daily by yourself instead of a sport. Just tell your mom, "Mom i am being bullied kids are doing/saying _______ and i need your help will you ______" Im sure she would be delited to help :)
