hey dont really worry about ur legs really if u ride bikes ur legs will burn and ur thighs will become skinnyier. (but gurl dont worry about ur thighs only if there huge but if they are in between dont worry guys like them) :)

You are not overweight and i think if u go 4 95lbs you will look sick with ur hight. Chrunchs are when u lay on the floor and jus move from ur head to ur lower stomach up and down.

look at the calculator on here and you are onli 2lbs over weight any where from 83-117lbs is healthy for you height
