but i am also confused
in the morning i wiegh myself i weigh 142 but after i eat breakfast i wieght 145 then the next day i go back its confusing because sometime after i eat something i think htat some of that weight is still goin to stay there =[
anyway i have good news i lost 4 pounds in florida
and i want to keep it that way only sometimes i worry if i eat alot cuz i am starving can anyone help ??

Yeah, I guess it's possible. Preety hard though. The reason you weigh more after you eat something is because the food is still digesting, when you go to the bathroom you lose weight. Also salads with alot of vineager help you go to the bathroom alot & help you lose weight.

Ok well your problem is that you keep weighing yourself! Of course you're going to weigh more after you just ate breakfast. You should only weigh yourself once, when you get up. Congratulations and losing weight while on vacation! Don't worry about gaining it back! And DON'T starve yourself! Your getting closer and closer to your goal, so just keep eating healthy and exercising SAFELY! Try eating a salad with your dinner for a week. If it helps, keep doing it. Also, try taking walks before you eat breakfast. Why? Because you haven't eaten anything! You'll be burning pure fat! Not what you just ate! I've been doing it and it helps A LOT! So keep doing your best, and I know you'll get to your goal!
