Ht. 4'8", Start: 125 lb, Today: 120 lb, Goal: 94 lb - i am over weight and am on a diet 4 pre-teens! its is working, but im not so sure... any thing u guys have tried yet that really works?

Ok, not trying to be rude, but I have no clue what Allison is talking about. 2-3 pounds a day? Thats more than you should lose in even a week. Try going for 1-2 pounds a week. But instead of aiming for a weightloss, or pounds lost in a week. Just look for results, like if you pants fit better, or if you can do stuff you couldn't do before. Than when you get on the scale you won't be dissapointed if you didn't lose anything, and that turns to overeating. Even if you don't lose weight, you could be gaining muscle, which takes the play of fat, and you still get slimmer.

Well I dont really go with diets I plan my own meals and exercise which works pretty good for me I loose like 2 or 3 pounds a day. I think you should try and eat the stuff you like with healthier stuff and less of it. Like I like to eat a peanut butter and fluff sandwitches for lunch, eat it on wheat bread with fruit and a water bottle. Good Luck!!! Allison
