Ht. 5'7", Start: 207 lb, Today: 206 lb, Goal: 163 lb - Hi!I'm new here. im 206 and i need tips on weight loss!!!!!!! im going into middle school next year and i need to be fit 4 gym class!!!my mom wants 2 put me on a weight watchers point plan, but i think thats 2 restrictive. it may be a good idea though. should i try that? PLEEEEZE give me tips; im desperate!!!!!!!!!

If I were you I would plan out 2 snacks to eat for the next day the night befor. Elimanate all junk products from your house so your not tempted. Try to go on 20min-30min jogs a day and 20min-30 min walks a day. If you want you can add in bikerideing for the same amount of time. If you have a dog thats good because you can go on walks with he/she. If this sounds to hardtry to find a buddy that will goon walks with. NEVER GO BALIMIC! If youeven want make a chart of what you will do on every day(exerscises or food sancks HEALTHY..... NO JUNK FOOD) before youstart check on the bigining of the week how much youweight and at the end. If you lose a very small amount or nothing at all itisokay as long as you try your best because your growing. Check inwith me in2 weekstell me your progress. :P
