I used to have a huge weight problem but I fixed that by this simple eating plan: Eat maybe a fruit or oatmeal for breakfast, (low calorie though,) a salad, some protien like chicken for lunch, a fruit for veggies for snack, the same thing you had for lunch for dinner. I really works! You may also want to get half an hour of exersize a day. Hey, I know how you feel, but soon you may sneak cucumbers instead of candy!
