Sometimes it will be some type of yoga and it will tell you what to do to "tone your tummy". I tried it, you really have to keep up with the schedule though. In my opinion, yoga is a great way to get rid of stomaches. If you don't get the cataloge, look on the web for yoga sites. Good Luck, Jessica
