Ht. 5'4", Start: 201 lb, Today: 201 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Hi, I am extrmly fat.. And I need help!! My family doesn't care.. and we dont have any healthy stuff. and I can exersize in places cuz my neighbor hood is full with wild dogs. :-( What can I do?

Tell your family that you feel very strong about this..... and you need to spend more money on healthy food and enough on whatever you usally eat. Parents can be a important part in this process but you need to help yourself too.... :)
