Always, when im done exercising, or playing outside, i go in and sit down to watchc tv or something, and i get hungry. Any ideas?

When It happens to me, I make sure to grab a ack of baby carrots, some grapes, a few cherries, something like that. Because that way you A: will feel much better and B: can eat more if you are really hungry and still have less calories! Good luck!
