hey i understand ho you feel i became aware of my weight when i was 8 and ever since then i was going crazy trying to lose weight then give up.
I currently weigh 135 pounds i would like to weigh 100.
well here's my tip i have about 100 of them. count calories and try to cut back a little. then the trick to losing weight is to burn more calories than you eat.
now ill tell you where i get mi diet tips from. about a year ago my grandmother got me this book called "The diet for teenagers only" and its great, it has a week of food schedule, an exercise plan and it tells you what you need everyday i think you should check it out also drink tonz of water every day.

first relax..... I have the same problem well here are some tips you can eat WHATEVER you want but just eat a
little don't eat until you tip over (trust me) just it to fill you up for the next meal or just enough. And if you have any brothers or sister play with them outside and if you need anymore help just ask thanks!
