I want to have thin thighs and a gap between my legs like models! I already have a thin tummy, now I want the same for thighs, hips, waist, buttox. I wear a size 7 in juniors in most pants, and 9 in others. I want to be a size 3, 1, or I really want to be 00. Help, and don't give me silly answers!

Needs to contain dairy,carbs,fruit,protein and grain. But for me, I choose the most important one. Do exercise as well as portion your meals are important. I am still struggling with it, do DO YOUR BEST! Cant give up! Im 5'3, 107 pounds. I think my thighs are big too..and Im gaining weight.. -_-"

On those magazines, they always use photoshop. It's because of the media that us overweight kids feel so bad about ourselves! Bye the way, One of my cousins got an eating disorder called anorexia when she was in her teens because she tried to be like that. Her thighs didn't touch, but she almost died! Please don't do it, it's a bad plan! But you're not alone I have gigantic thighs too!
