Ht. 5'7", Start: 300 lb, Today: 213 lb, Goal: 180 lb - have an idea what about we keep a list of songs that give us energy each week or every 2 weeks we can post new songs that give us energy so everybody knows wat to listen to like i have a list of songs i use to workout and maybe we can share our ideas in energy giving music ill start off with a few songs 1.mute math - typical 2.the white stripes- icky thump 3. boys like girls - the great escape 4.pink - u+ur hand 5.maroon 5 - makes me wonder u can add other songs i think we should do this every week bye byez

OMG I love those songs, except for the first two! Uh, I have a really long list on my "ON THE GO" for my iPod so I'll just list them all I guess! Oh and BEWARE!! I have a very odd mixture of music that I like! LOL! Ok here it goes: We've Got a Big Mess On Our Hands by The Academy Is..., The Curse Of Curves by Cute Is What We Aim For, Bang The Doldrums & Fame Infamy by Fall Out Boy, Victims of Love by Good Charlotte, Working Class Hero by Green Day, Dig by Incubus, What I've Done by Linkin Park, Teenagers & Famous Last Words by My Chemical Romance, I Constantly Thank God For Esteban by Panic! At The Disco, Because Of You by Ne-Yo, Lean Like A Cholo by Down, Lip Gloss by Lil Mama, Party Like A Rock Star by Shop Boyz, Pop, Lock, And Drop It by Huey, Potential Break-up Song my Aly and AJ, Like A Boy by Ciara, and Alfie by Lily Allen for up beat music and for more slow songs which are better for cool downs: Boston by Augustana, Hey There Dalilah by Plain White Tees, Where Would We Be Now, Beautiful Place, & March On by Good Charlotte, and kind of Working Class Hero. But that depends on your own opinion. Oh and Panic!, Fall Out Boy, and Good Charlotte are some of my favorite bands ever formed. Especially GC- I have loved them since I was in like second grade!
