Ht. 5'3", Start: 155 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 100 lb - today for breakfast i had 2 sausages n some carrots. lunch i had a 2 pieces wheat bread with soem cheese. n i will most likely hav ice cream later cuz its too warm...i don't wanna eat the icecream but i cant help it...i'll just hav wat my mom makes for dinner

Um... that is a little too little nutriciously speaking. Go for more protein, dairy and fruit. That is not actually very healthy.
